About the position

The AgencyCFO Advisor role is a pivotal position within the Agency Custom Financial Officer (AgencyCFO) program, focusing on client management and strategic financial guidance. This position requires a proactive approach to client relations, where the advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. The responsibilities include pulling client data on a monthly basis and inputting it into a custom financial model. Once the data is processed, the advisor will interpret the results and develop actionable recommendations to guide clients in their financial decisions. This role demands a high level of adaptability to meet the evolving needs of clients, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the satisfaction of both the client and the company. In addition to client management, the AgencyCFO Advisor will play a crucial role in new client acquisition. This includes participating in prospecting activities such as preparing for and staffing booths at events, contacting potential clients for appointments, and preparing executive briefings. The advisor will also contribute to marketing efforts by producing content such as articles, blogs, podcasts, and videos, as well as preparing for and attending conferences and trade shows. Administrative responsibilities are also a key component of this role. The advisor will track weekly, monthly, and annual goals, manage their calendar using Microsoft Outlook, and handle any clerical duties associated with the position. They will document standard operating procedures (SOPs) through video capture and written procedures, ensuring that processes are clear and accessible. Participation in team meetings, both virtually and in-person, is expected, along with the completion of any additional duties as assigned.
