About the position

The Agency Mail Triage - Operations Assistant role at Robert Half involves managing incoming mail, responding to inquiries, and maintaining operational efficiency within the insurance industry. Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and prioritize incoming mail effectively, ensuring a streamlined workflow.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks.
  • Respond to and forward mail to the appropriate area for handling, ensuring effective communication.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced team environment, adjusting to changing priorities as needed.
  • Leverage digital marketing skills to promote insurance products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive the growth of the company's insurance products.
  • Utilize insurance knowledge to provide support in claim administration and underwriting processes.
  • Use triage skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operations.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to interact with team members and clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales and Training roles
  • Extensive knowledge of Operations and Review processes
  • Familiarity with Insurance industry, particularly with Life Insurance and Underwriting
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites and Cisco Webex Meetings
  • Ability to perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks
  • Experience in Claim Administration and Property management
  • Good understanding of receipt methods and digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle paper documentation efficiently
  • Knowledge of consumer electronics and ability to work in a team
  • Experience in triage operations in agency mail handling
  • Understanding of Distributor management and ability to bring innovative ideas to improve operations
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite when required
  • Familiarity with the software 'About Time' for time management purposes.
