The Agency Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in managing a portfolio of lending facilities where Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) acts as the Administrative Agent. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the Syndicated Loan Market, particularly in the context of administrative agency responsibilities. The analyst will be responsible for ensuring that all lending transactions are accurately booked and managed, thereby minimizing operational risks and ensuring compliance with all bank policies and procedures. The role involves a deep knowledge of Syndicated Lending Operations, including but not limited to Credit Agreements, new facility onboarding, loan servicing, Fedwire payments, General Ledger reconciliation, and trading via assignment. The analyst will also be expected to manage revolving credit facilities and term loan facilities effectively. In addition to operational responsibilities, the Agency Operations Analyst will interact with various stakeholders, including clients, investors, lenders, issuing banks, syndications, and the front office. This requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment. The analyst will also be expected to analyze and streamline operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency, contributing to the overall success of the lending operations.
