About the position

The Agency Partner Development Manager is responsible for managing and developing new partnerships across agency holding companies and independent agencies. This role aims to amplify revenue and drive new business by fostering relationships with a portfolio of high-impact agency partners. The position requires collaboration with various internal teams and external stakeholders to execute joint business plans and enhance product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop new partnerships across agency holding companies and independent agencies.
  • Manage a group of high impact partners to amplify revenue and drive new business.
  • Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of agency partners.
  • Source and develop new agency partnerships.
  • Drive joint business planning and track agency partner progress to goals.
  • Develop and negotiate terms and conditions at an agency holding company level.
  • Lead agency education initiatives and events as a trusted thought leader.
  • Act as an ambassador and spokesperson for MAP in the agency community.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop and execute go-to-market plans.
  • Collect feedback from partners to inform and prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, Legal, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to identify enhancements that drive revenue.
  • Lead partner outreach initiatives to create successful joint business plans.
  • Enable internal sales teams with content, training, and accelerators on specific partner solutions.
  • Contribute to programs driving efficiencies and scale internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing partnerships and developing business relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in developing terms and conditions.
  • Ability to lead educational initiatives and act as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Experience in joint business planning and tracking progress to goals.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.

  • Experience in the marketing or advertising industry.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly salary ranging from $55.00 to $65.00 USD.
