About the position

The Agency Partner Development Manager will play a crucial role in managing and cultivating partnerships with agency holding companies and independent agencies. This position focuses on driving new business, maximizing revenue, and establishing lasting relationships with high-impact partners. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to identify product solutions that support business scaling and new customer acquisition through the agency program.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop new partnerships across agency holding companies and independent agencies.
• Drive joint business planning and track agency partner progress to goals.
• Develop and negotiate terms and conditions at an agency holding company level.
• Lead consistent agency education initiatives and events as a trusted thought leader.
• Collaborate with agency partners to develop and execute go-to-market plans through joint PR, marketing, and co-selling.
• Collect feedback from partners to inform and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Work cross-functionally with various departments to identify product and program enhancements.
• Enable internal sales teams with content, training, and accelerators on specific partner solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of strategic business and/or partnerships experience, preferably managing business relationships and cross-functional projects.
• Previous experience working at big 6, performance, or shopper marketing agencies.
• In-depth understanding of the agency landscape.
• Demonstrated expertise in building relationships with senior agency decision makers.
• Experience building working relationships at all levels of management, both internal and external facing.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
