- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing efforts, and lead databases
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly self-driven and goal-focused
- Willingness to learn, adaptable, resourceful, and open to feedback
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude is a must
- Eager to grow both personally and professionally
- Must hold valid insurance licenses or be willing to obtain them
