• Identify and recommend process improvements and organizational initiatives to enhance team performance and quality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-1+ years of experience directly related to the responsibilities of the role.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems/databases/platforms/software.
• Adaptability and flexibility as business needs change.
