About the position

The Overnight Guest Services Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by greeting and registering guests, checking them out, and delivering necessary items to their rooms. This role is crucial in ensuring guest satisfaction and financial profitability for the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information from the computer.
• Assist guests with check-out, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted for and handling various forms of payment.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, packages, and local area attractions.
• Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize room occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely and friendly manner.
• Field guest complaints and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
• Receive, input, retrieve, and relay messages to guests.
