About the position

As an Agent in Training at the Mitch Joseph Agency, you will play a crucial role in advancing sales objectives and delivering high-quality insurance solutions to clients. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sell a range of insurance products, including home, auto, life, and commercial coverage, to new and existing clients.
• Work closely with the agency owner to gain a deep understanding of agency operations, including client management, sales strategies, and business growth.
• Assist clients with insurance policy questions, updates, and claims, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the agency's growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating referrals, and developing sales leads.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends, products, and client needs.
• Participate in training sessions and mentorship activities to develop key skills in sales and agency management.
