About the position

As an Insurance Agent-in-Training, you will embark on a dynamic career path focused on helping clients identify their insurance needs and recommending tailored coverage options. This role includes structured training in sales, insurance products, and customer service, with the goal of developing the skills necessary to thrive in a sales-driven, client-focused environment. You will also have the opportunity to obtain your state insurance license with the support of the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program covering insurance products, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Proactively seek out new prospects, schedule consultations, and present insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage (auto, home, life, health, etc.).
  • Master a wide variety of insurance products, learning about the coverage options that best fit your clients' needs.
  • Strive to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced agents to help you grow, succeed, and earn more.

Requirements

  • No Experience Needed: We provide all the training and resources you need to succeed.
  • Desire to Learn: Strong interest in starting or advancing your career in insurance.
  • Sales or Customer Service Experience (Preferred): While not required, experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain insurance options, actively listen to client needs, and build rapport.
  • Goal-Oriented: A drive to meet and exceed sales targets, with an eagerness to grow professionally and financially.
  • Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and stay motivated.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and other digital tools to manage clients and sales activities.
