About the position

The Agent Services Onboarding Specialist at Keller Williams Westfield plays a crucial role in facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new real estate agents. This position is designed to support agents, whether they are newly licensed or experienced professionals, by providing guidance through the Keller Williams systems and tools. The specialist will also be responsible for developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and ensuring agents thrive in their new roles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for all incoming agents, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for agents, guiding them through Keller Williams systems and tools.
  • Tailor the onboarding process to fit the unique needs of agents at various production levels, including high-producing agents.
  • Conduct regular check-ins post-onboarding to ensure agents are thriving in their new environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct recruiting appointments with newly licensed real estate agents who are interviewing with Keller Williams.
  • Teach classes of 10-50 agents on business technology tools including KW Command CRM, ChatGPT, Perplexity AI, and Google Sheets.
  • Support the Keller Williams Leadership team with strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of project management or customer service experience (real estate experience is a plus but not required).
  • Proven ability to manage complex processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly (familiarity with project management tools like Notion or Trello is a plus).
  • Service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Positive, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth-minded, ready to think bigger.
