About the position

The Agile and Product Leader, Senior Principal at Slalom, LLC is a strategic role focused on business advisory services, aimed at helping organizations redefine their potential and achieve transformative outcomes. Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and articulate Slalom's value to sell services to new and existing clients, managing a revenue responsibility of $2.5M+.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice area through business capability development, talent management, and thought leadership.
• Manage project delivery quality assurance, engagement risk, project economics, and ensure client buy-in at top management levels.
• Identify new offerings and go-to-market strategies to meet future customer needs.
• Mentor team members, support recruiting and onboarding, and engage in career development of team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of management consulting experience leading medium to large teams.
• Prior experience in sales and business development with formal revenue targets.
• Experience as a formal people leader or mentor.
• Advanced client delivery across product management and agile competencies.
• Experience with business strategy development and execution.
• Knowledge of agile project delivery methods (SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban) and agile team transformation.
• Experience in product strategy, management, and measurement.
• Knowledge of IT strategy development, governance, and effectiveness.
