This involves leading regular forums with development teams to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks, thereby facilitating a smooth workflow and ensuring that project goals are met efficiently. In this role, the Agile Business Analyst will analyze requirements to create and manage program metrics and reporting, authoring business requirement documents and user stories that will populate developer backlogs. Prioritization of work efforts will be based on business and management-driven needs, and the analyst will be tasked with implementing identified process improvements. Collaboration with partnering organizations to automate manual metrics and reporting processes is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the analyst will support the GEM Operations Lead with various ad-hoc requests, contributing to the overall success of the cybersecurity initiatives within the organization.
