About the position

The Agile Business Analyst - Cybersecurity & Vulnerability Management role at ManpowerGroup is a critical position that focuses on enhancing the organization's cybersecurity posture through effective vulnerability management. This position is hybrid, requiring three days of onsite work per week in Irving, Texas, and is initially set for a duration of 10 months, with a high possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with various partners to ensure the completion of essential development activities. This involves leading regular forums with development teams to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks, thereby facilitating a smooth workflow and ensuring that project goals are met efficiently. In this role, the Agile Business Analyst will analyze requirements to create and manage program metrics and reporting, authoring business requirement documents and user stories that will populate developer backlogs. Prioritization of work efforts will be based on business and management-driven needs, and the analyst will be tasked with implementing identified process improvements. Collaboration with partnering organizations to automate manual metrics and reporting processes is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the analyst will support the GEM Operations Lead with various ad-hoc requests, contributing to the overall success of the cybersecurity initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with partners to drive completion of critical development activities

Requirements

  • 2+ years in vulnerability management or business analyst
  • Understanding of Agile methodology
  • Experience in translating business requirements into clear user stories
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Sprint grooming, SDLC best practices, UAT Testing, Cyber Security principles, and Reporting applications
  • Strong work ethic and proactive mindset
  • Experience solving complex data flow challenges
  • Advanced knowledge of complex queries for data analysis
  • Experience with at least one coding language (PowerShell, Python, C#, etc.)
  • Experience in automation and optimization of repetitive processes and reporting
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
