About the position

The Agile Business Analyst/Product Analyst role is designed for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who will serve as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. This position focuses on ensuring that agile E-mobility incentive projects align with business goals and deliver maximum value. The analyst will be responsible for requirements documentation, user story creation, agile facilitation, backlog management, process improvement, stakeholder communication, data analysis, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are well-understood by the development team.
  • Support agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Assist in prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in defining and executing test plans to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst/Business Analyst/Scrum Master in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of E-mobility and electric vehicle charger programs.
