About the position

The Agile Business Analyst/Product Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the agile framework. This position focuses on ensuring that E-mobility incentive projects align with business goals and deliver maximum value. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating with various stakeholders to document requirements and facilitate agile processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are well-understood by the development team.
  • Support agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Assist in prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in defining and executing test plans to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst/Business Analyst/Scrum Master in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of E-mobility and electric vehicle charger programs.
