About the position

GlobalLogic is hiring Agile Coaches for one of our largest telecommunications client. The position allows for remote work from anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet Agile needs and training delivery with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain training resources, including Sharepoint libraries, handouts, and other training resources.
  • Provide feedback to the instructional design team on the effectiveness of training delivery and learning initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives.
  • Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Agile methodologies.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Agile methodologies / product management, in a corporate setting.
  • Must have SPC certification.
  • Framework agnostic - should be able to work with any Agile Framework.
  • Led large, cross-domain group of stakeholders.
  • Need a fairly senior resource who can work with both ground level teams as well as Directors and above.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, specifically in a virtual environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong content creation skills, technical SharePoint abilities.
  • Extensive experience with learning management systems (i.e., Magenta U, OnPoint, Percipio, etc.), and is able to write content for SP pages or mass communications.
  • Technically savvy in SharePoint and good at video editing/content creation.
