About the position

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a passion for fostering an environment of continuous improvement. As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for guiding teams in the adoption of Agile practices, enhancing their performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the transformation towards a more agile culture within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies across teams, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that development aligns with business objectives.
  • Utilize tools such as VersionOne and TFS to track progress and facilitate effective project management.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in Agile practices.
  • Assist in program management activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within teams.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them to enhance team performance.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by promoting Agile values and principles throughout the company.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role in an Agile environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like VersionOne and TFS.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and translating them into actionable tasks for development teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and levels within the organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey concepts and ideas.
  • A passion for coaching others and driving organizational change towards a more agile mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Scrum for at least 1 year.

Benefits

  • Contract position with hourly pay ranging from $50.00 to $58.00 per hour.
