About The Position
The Agile Coach at Dexian will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring teams and executives in the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies. This position requires a strong leader with advanced Agile certifications and extensive experience in coaching teams at various levels, particularly in a financial services context. The Agile Coach will be responsible for assessing Agile health and maturity, providing continuous improvement strategies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and value delivery across the organization.
