About the position

The Agile Coach at Dexian will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring teams and executives in the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies. This position requires a strong leader with advanced Agile certifications and extensive experience in coaching teams at various levels, particularly in a financial services context. The Agile Coach will be responsible for assessing Agile health and maturity, providing continuous improvement strategies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and value delivery across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coach executives and teams on Agile methodologies and practices.
• Assess Agile health and maturity to inform coaching strategies.
• Train, mentor, and influence teams and individuals at all levels.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within teams.
• Utilize Jira and Jira Align for project management and tracking.

Requirements

• Advanced Agile-related certifications (e.g., RS@SP, CAL, ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT).
• Several years of demonstrable Agile Coaching experience.
• 4+ years in an Agile leadership role (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner).
• Experience coaching a team-of-teams or multiple team engagements.
• Strong communication and leadership presence.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in financial services industry.
• Familiarity with Jira and Jira Align.
