About The Position
OBXtek is currently staffing for an Agile Coach. The Agile Coach will guide program managers using Agile in a large program that includes multiple Agile teams, releases, and projects that operate in parallel (e.g., Scrum of Scrums). The role involves coaching the Agile Teams on the selected framework, attending Agile ceremonies, supporting the Scrum Master(s), reporting on Agile process performance, and working with program leadership to improve Agile adoption and performance.
