About the position

The Agile Coach will lead complex process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Agile to enhance existing business processes. This role focuses on applying functional expertise to improve business outcomes and client results, ensuring that process improvements are effectively implemented and maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex or large process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Agile.
  • Develop and apply process definition, improvement, and design methodologies to enhance business processes.
  • Leverage technical expertise to coach other process improvement team members through initiatives.
  • Concatenate process improvement data and utilize key metrics to measure outcomes.
  • Manage process improvement initiatives from inception through implementation, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Define scope and requirements, establish timelines, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Develop documentation to support analysis and improvement, including business requirements and process maps.
  • Manage effective working relationships with internal clients and key stakeholders.
  • Support the development of training and change management materials for new processes.
  • Coordinate follow-up meetings for project teams to ensure work is completed and improvements are maintained.
  • Plan and implement quality assurance and compliance processes.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives using Lean and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify, analyze, and improve business processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop documentation such as business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Experience in training and change management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Certified Coach).
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics.
