About the position

The Agile Coach position at Randstad US involves coaching executives and teams in Agile methodologies to enhance their performance and deliver continuous improvement. The role requires a deep understanding of Agile practices, experience in product management, and the ability to influence and mentor at all organizational levels. This contract position is based in Merrimack, New Hampshire, and offers a competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Coach executives and teams on Agile methodologies and practices.
• Demonstrate advanced Agile-related certifications and apply them effectively.
• Provide coaching for a team-of-teams and multiple team engagements.
• Train, coach, and mentor teams and individuals at various levels.
• Assess Agile health and maturity to inform coaching strategies.
• Proactively seek out and implement external Agile practices for continuous improvement.
• Model a culture of continuous learning and mentoring within teams.
• Coach senior leaders on Agile behaviors and leadership support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Agile coaching or related roles.
• Deep Agile knowledge with several years of Agile Coaching experience.
• Experience in product management and technical coaching, including DevOps.
• Experience with multiple scaling frameworks.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Jira and Jira Align preferred.
• Financial services experience preferred.
