About the position

The Agile Coach will lead teams in adopting Agile methodologies and drive continuous improvement within the organization. This role is crucial for fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and innovation, ensuring that all employees are supported in their Agile journey.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor agile teams in the adoption of Agile practices and methodologies.
• Educate and support employees at all levels, including product owners, developers, leaders, and clinicians.
• Advocate for Agile mindsets, behaviors, and processes to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide thought leadership to drive cultural change and ensure a smooth transition towards an Agile mindset.
• Utilize techniques that enhance collaboration, predictability, transparency, and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of project or product management experience, including at least 8 years of practical experience in roles within an agile team and within a scaling environment.
• Advanced Agile certification such as Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), ICP-ACC, Professional Scrum Master (PSM) II, or other Agile-related certifications.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in Agile methodologies.
• Skilled in fostering collaboration and driving cultural change.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and inspire employees at all levels.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
