About the position

The Agile Product Management Advisor for Evernorth Accountable Care is responsible for developing capabilities to support provider and network operational flows, enhancing overall reporting capabilities, and facilitating value-based care relationships. This role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology, setting business objectives, communicating requirements, and prioritizing enhancements to drive the long-term growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead business owner on a scrum team, breaking down requirements into user stories for technology teams.
  • Facilitate refinement sessions and set direction regarding the sequencing of work.
  • Lead and/or participate in agile ceremonies to ensure alignment with program-level priorities.
  • Develop and implement processes for effective implementation and integration of capabilities.
  • Create standard operating procedures and transition capabilities into a business-as-usual environment.
  • Translate business and user objectives into requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Document and maintain project plans/roadmaps to manage expectations.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity and resolving problems.
  • Participate in ideation and strategy sessions to identify features for enhancing claim pricing and payment capabilities.
  • Test application features in QA and Production environments to ensure accuracy and defect-free content.
  • Identify key trends through data & analytics to drive business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field strongly preferred.
  • At least 1 year of working knowledge of agile methodology and experience interfacing with technology teams in an agile environment required.
  • Experience within healthcare required; digital experience or UI experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of programs like Jira, Jira Align, Confluence & SharePoint.
  • Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and establish credibility across functional lines.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to sustain momentum under challenging circumstances and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates strong decision-making skills and problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
