About the position

The Agile Product Manager for Claim Anomaly Detection/Data Mining at Elevance Health is responsible for representing stakeholder needs to Agile teams, driving product strategy, and ensuring effective communication of customer requirements. This role involves managing multiple Agile teams, developing business cases for product features, and utilizing key performance indicators to measure product performance. The position operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence 1-2 times per week, and is focused on delivering business value through collaboration and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Represent stakeholder needs to Agile teams and drive product strategy.
• Accountable for one or more Agile teams and manage the solution concept across these teams.
• Develop business cases for Epics/features affecting the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to communicate the vision for scrum teams.
• Manage the Program Epic/Initiative backlog at the Agile Lean Program Level.
• Mentor Product Owners to drive solutions across teams.
• Support portfolio work including budget parameters and strategic themes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience writing business/functional requirements.
• Experience implementing Agile methodologies.
• SAFe (SA) certification required.

Nice-to-haves

• Leading SAFe (SA) certification preferred.
• Experience with data mining preferred.
• Experience with Jira preferred.
• Experience with Aha! is a plus.
• Health or managed care experience is a plus.
