About the position

The Agile Product Manager for Claim Anomaly Detection/Data Mining is responsible for representing stakeholder needs to Agile teams, driving product strategy, and ensuring effective solution delivery. This role involves collaboration with Product Owners, managing the Program Epic/Initiative backlog, and utilizing KPIs to measure product performance. The position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to mentor Product Owners across multiple Agile teams.

Responsibilities

  • Represent stakeholder needs to Agile teams and drive solution concepts across multiple teams.
  • Develop product strategy, definition, and positioning roadmaps.
  • Conduct full competitive analysis and win/loss analysis.
  • Forecast and deliver value through the ecosystem.
  • Communicate customer needs and validate proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to develop and communicate the vision for scrum teams.
  • Manage the Program Epic/Initiative backlog at the Agile Lean Program Level.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop business cases for Epics/features affecting the Agile Release Train.
  • Utilize KPIs to measure product performance.
  • Support portfolio work including budget parameters and strategic themes.
  • Collaborate with system and solution architects for decision-making on technical aspects.
  • Build effective product manager/product owner teams for multiple trains.
  • Mentor Product Owners to drive solutions across teams.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience writing business/functional requirements and implementing Agile methodologies.
  • SAFe (SA) certification required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Leading SAFe (SA) certification preferred.
  • SPO/PM (SAFE Product Owner/Product Manager) certification preferred.
  • Data mining experience preferred.
  • Jira experience preferred.
  • Aha! experience a plus.
  • Health or managed care experience a plus.
