We have an immediate opening for an Agile Product Manager. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $128,000 per year, along with a signing bonus of up to $5,000 (guidelines apply). The Agile Product Manager will play a crucial role in leading and managing digital transformation and cloud migration projects from initiation through completion. This includes facilitating Kanban meetings, such as daily stand-ups, Kanban board reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure that the team is aligned and focused on project goals. The Agile Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and priorities specific to digital transformation and cloud migration. They will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of digital and cloud initiatives. The role also involves optimizing workflow by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the digital transformation and cloud migration processes. Mentoring and coaching team members on Kanban practices and principles tailored to these projects is also a key responsibility. Continuous improvement is essential, and the Agile Product Manager will implement feedback loops and process enhancements within the context of digital transformation and cloud migration. Effective communication of project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, with a focus on manufacturing outcomes, is critical. Additionally, the Agile Product Manager will coordinate and manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure successful project execution and delivery, negotiate contracts, manage external dependencies, and ensure that external partners meet project timelines and quality standards.
