About the position

Hygiena LLC is seeking an experienced Agile Product Manager to drive the development and growth of their SaaS food safety solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and contributing positively to the community.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required.
  • Actively support and participate in the safety program.
  • Handle various other duties as delegated by the Sr. Global Product Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in product management required, preferably in SaaS or food safety industries.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Visual Studio.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required.
