About the position

The Agile Product Owner/Product Manager role at Net2Source involves acting as a liaison between business and technical teams to optimize business processes and drive impactful results. The position requires a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in Agile delivery projects, particularly in a hybrid work model. The role focuses on managing product backlogs, conducting requirement gathering sessions, and ensuring alignment between various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Product Owner, liaising between business and technical teams across multiple locations.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document product features and user stories.
• Communicate story detail and priorities, ensuring team alignment on iteration plans.
• Write functional and technical user stories for the Digital Pharmacy and/or Clinical Journey Project.
• Own acceptance criteria of requirements and stories in a product backlog.
• Support prioritization of product backlog items based on business needs.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Architects, Technical Leads/Project Managers, and Business teams for project requirements.
• Conduct demos and presentations to various stakeholders.
• Manage impact analysis and communication, aligning solutions with business needs.
• Own the quality assurance of the product across releases.
• Participate in the iteration retrospective to improve team processes.

Requirements

• 10 to 12 years of experience in Business Operations.
• Expertise in MS Excel.
• Experience on Agile delivery projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Pharmacy knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
