About the position

The Agile Product Owner Senior Manager will lead a team focused on delivering value-based projects that enhance the Polaris tool. This role involves collaboration with business and technology partners to implement improvements that drive company growth, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. The Senior Manager will also support team development and ensure alignment with corporate strategies to provide effective solutions to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible for driving and delivering value-based projects for the Polaris tool.
  • Collaborate with business and technology partners to identify and implement tool improvements.
  • Contribute to business requirements for new and existing systems and products from ideation through production.
  • Apply corporate methodologies and tools such as AGILE and JIRA to technology-dependent projects.
  • Establish and manage development plans for team members, addressing skill gaps and development needs.
  • Create a positive team culture and dynamic to maximize team performance.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and lead teams through changes.
  • Define business requirements with sponsors, TPO, and System Engineering teams for applications and products.
  • Develop customized solutions to meet business requirements through collaboration with other departments.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field preferred.
  • PBM or Pharmacy industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform data analysis and summarize findings.
  • Strong project management and organization skills preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and deadlines required.
  • Excellent PC skills within a Microsoft Office environment required.
