The Senior Manager of the PBM Operations Polaris BPO Team will be responsible for leading a team of multiple individuals responsible for driving and delivering value-based projects that support the Polaris tool. This role involves collaborating with key business and technology partners across the enterprise to identify and implement end-user tool improvements that enable company growth, reduce operating costs, and improve customer satisfaction. The Senior Manager will function in direct alignment with key strategies to deliver affordable, predictable, and simple solutions to both external and internal customers. In this position, the Senior Manager supports team members who serve as the interface to the Technical Product Owners (TPO) for business applications, product, or client requests. The role requires contributing to business requirements for new and existing systems from ideation through production and project oversight. The Senior Manager will also establish, manage, and lead development plans for team members, understanding skill gaps or development needs, and leveraging best practices to incorporate into team development. The Senior Manager will create a culture and team dynamic to maximize a team environment, demonstrating a willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs. The ability to effectively operate within a fast-paced, dynamic organization is essential, as is the capacity to influence and build strong relationships across the organization. A passion for leading and driving transformational change is crucial, as is the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and indirectly lead teams through changes positively. Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and a strong customer service focus are required to succeed in this role.
