About the position

The Agile Product Owner at RELQ Technologies LLC is responsible for developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals. Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business priorities and stakeholder requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and agile development teams, ensuring understanding of product vision and priorities.
• Collaborate with business leaders, customers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features.
• Use data analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
• Define release plans and coordinate product launches in collaboration with marketing, sales, and support teams.
• Champion agile best practices and identify areas for process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product management principles.
• Proficiency with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMI-ACP).
• Basic technical knowledge of software development processes, APIs, and system integrations.
