As an Agile Project Analyst, you will facilitate all necessary team meetings, including sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews/retrospectives, to ensure cross-team collaboration and execution of projects. You will review and stay on top of current and incoming projects from the Senior Digital Project Strategist to independently create project milestones for internal team reviews, materials for the kick-off, schedule kick-off and/or status meetings with the teams, and coordinate required work between the teams to fulfill the project scope and timing expectations. Your role will involve managing all incoming and existing integrated projects from intake to release while keeping all parties informed of status, escalating conflicts and risks, including foreseeable delays, to appropriate stakeholders; communicating project priorities and due dates to the Digital teams and client stakeholders to set and meet expectations and ensure alignment of efforts and priorities. You will ensure coordination with our GTS team to meet development needs within the project's timeline/sprints. Enforcing adherence to procedures and guidelines for workflow processes and deadlines will be crucial, ensuring a standardized approach and delivery. In coordination with Digital team leadership, you will collaborate on and maintain project management guidelines/best practices and process documentation with the goal of continuous improvement to the project management/agile process. You will coordinate and lead status updates internally for projects and maintain status reports with pertinent project metrics that are accessible to all teams involved. Proactively escalating and addressing issues where timelines are in jeopardy or other information is needed for the team to proceed as scheduled to avoid project delays will be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining a strong working relationship with the Senior Digital Project Strategist will ensure open lines of communication regarding project requirements, issues, obstacles, and status.
