About the position

The Agile Project Manager/Delivery Lead will oversee projects in the Commercial Credit Card space, ensuring effective Agile project delivery, particularly using the SAFe framework. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business partners and third-party vendors. The position is contract-based, located in either Atlanta, GA or Chicago, IL, and is expected to last between 12 to 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Support projects in the Commercial Credit Card space.
• Deliver Agile project management using the SAFe framework.
• Collaborate with third-party vendor partners.
• Communicate effectively with Commercial Card Business partners.
• Utilize JIRA for project management tasks.

Requirements

• Strong background in Agile project delivery, specifically SAFe.
• Experience working with third-party vendor partners.
• Top-notch communication skills.
• Familiarity with Bank of America's Change Management standards and Governance Policies (MRA2).

Nice-to-haves

• Credit Card product experience.
