About the position

The Agile Project Manager/Delivery Lead will oversee projects in the Commercial Credit Card space, ensuring effective Agile project delivery, particularly using the SAFe framework. This role requires strong communication skills and collaboration with business partners, as well as experience with third-party vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Support projects in the Commercial Credit Card space
• Deliver Agile project management using SAFe methodology
• Collaborate with third-party vendor partners
• Communicate effectively with Commercial Card Business partners
• Utilize JIRA for project tracking and management

Requirements

• Strong background in Agile project delivery
• Experience with SAFe processes, cadences, and tools
• Experience working with third-party vendor partners
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with Bank of America's Change Management standards and Governance Policies (MRA2)
