The Ahold Delhaize USA company team includes just over 100 associates across all East Coast office locations. This role will be responsible for delivery of commitments on the 3- 4 Agile Squads like running the ceremonies, improving Agile ways of working along with responsibility for delivery of commitments and scope within timeline and budget. They will be responsible for Financial Management, Risk Management, Dependencies Management and reporting for their project. They may play the role of traditional PM on projects until their projects go through Agile transformation and help the team through the Agile Transformation journey. Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.
