About the position
The Agile Project Manager will serve as a hybrid role between Scrum Master and Department Support, working under two Agile teams (one Scrum and one Kanban) to coordinate and complete small-scale agile projects. The role involves overseeing all aspects and ceremonies of the projects, collaborating with Squad leads to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress through weekly burnup charts. The position emphasizes servant leadership and providing necessary support to the team and department.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete small-scale agile projects.
- Oversee all aspects and agile ceremonies of projects (Scrum and Kanban).
- Work with Squad leads to set deadlines and assign responsibilities.
- Monitor and summarize project progress using weekly burnup charts.
- Provide support to the team and department using a servant leadership style.
- Manage software requests and software license management.
- Facilitate new team member onboarding and welcoming.
- Track monthly engagement and effort distribution reporting.
- Manage team training tracking.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a ScrumMaster or Agile Project Manager.
- Experience practicing Scrum or Kanban methodology for an Agile software development team.
- Proficiency in JIRA.
