About The Position
The Agile Project Manager will serve as a hybrid role between Scrum Master and Department Support, working under two Agile teams (one Scrum and one Kanban) to coordinate and complete small-scale agile projects. The role involves overseeing all aspects and ceremonies of the projects, collaborating with Squad leads to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress through weekly burnup charts. The position emphasizes servant leadership and providing necessary support to the team and department.
