In this position, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating multiple Agile projects from initiation to completion with changing priorities. You will facilitate and lead agile processes/ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborating with team members and partners to define project goals, project scope, and the work you're doing, ensuring alignment with business objectives is key. You will manage and prioritize the product backlog by working closely with the product owner, support the development & validation team in various ways, and monitor project progress while offering timely updates on project status to customers using agile metrics and visual management tools. Promoting a culture of collaboration, self-efficiency, and continuous improvement to foster agile teams is essential. You will apply agile methodologies, principles, and practices to drive efficient project development, adapting the methodologies as needed, and act as a servant-leader by coaching and mentoring team members and fostering a positive agile environment. Experience with software tools such as repository management (Git/Subversion), Jira, static analysis, etc., is also required. Continuous learning is encouraged, keeping up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and standard methodologies in embedded development.
Responsibilities

- Collaborating with team members and partners to define project goals, project scope, and the work you're doing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Managing and prioritizing product backlog by working closely with the product owner.
- Supporting the development & validation team in various ways, like removing obstacles and bottlenecks that delay progress.
- Monitoring project progress and offering timely updates on project status to customers using agile metrics and visual management tools.
- Promoting a culture of collaboration, self-efficiency, and continuous improvement to foster agile teams.
- Applying agile methodologies, principles, and practices to drive efficient project development.
- Acting as a servant-leader by coaching and mentoring team members and fostering a positive agile environment.
- Keeping up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and standard methodologies in embedded development.
Requirements
- Academic background in bachelor's degree or above in Electronics or Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience, preferably in firmware team.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience as an agile project manager or a similar role in project management or program management.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the project lifecycle.
- Recognized agile certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP), and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
