About the position
The Agile Project Manager will serve as a hybrid role between Scrum Master and Department Support, working under two Agile teams (one Scrum and one Kanban). The primary focus will be on coordinating and completing small-scale agile projects while overseeing all aspects and ceremonies of these projects. The role emphasizes servant leadership and providing necessary support to the teams and department.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete small-scale agile projects.
- Oversee all aspects and agile ceremonies of projects (Scrum and Kanban).
- Work with Squad leads to set deadlines and assign responsibilities.
- Monitor and summarize project progress using weekly burnup charts.
- Provide support for software requests and new team member onboarding.
- Manage software licenses and track monthly engagement/effort distribution reporting.
- Facilitate team training tracking.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a ScrumMaster or Agile Project Manager.
- Experience practicing Scrum or Kanban methodology for an Agile software development team.
- Proficiency in JIRA.
