About the position

The Agile Project Manager / Senior Scrum Master will lead complex projects, ensuring compliance with project methodologies and standards. This role focuses on managing project financials and guiding teams through Agile practices, particularly in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will oversee the migration of applications from AWS to Azure, leveraging their expertise in cloud technologies and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Utilize knowledge of Azure or general cloud technologies to guide project development and deployment.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, ensuring team members are motivated and aligned with project goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
• Work with team members who are not completely familiar with Agile methodologies, providing guidance, training, and support to help them understand and adopt Agile practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management or as a Scrum Master.
• Experience with Azure or general cloud technologies.
• Proven experience in managing project financials.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
