About the position

The Agile Project Manager with MDM Experience will lead and manage projects focused on Master Data Management (MDM) within an Agile framework. This role is essential for ensuring that data management processes are efficient and aligned with business objectives, while also fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile project management initiatives for MDM projects.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, specifically in MDM projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools and software.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
