About the position

The Project Manager within the Enterprise Project Management Office is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects successfully. This strategic role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while managing resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager coordinates across various teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals and support the organization's objectives, playing a critical role in driving project success and delivering value to the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and create detailed project plans.
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment.
  • Oversee project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Address and resolve project issues promptly to keep the project on track.
  • Track project progress against established goals, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve project objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and communication records.
  • Identify lessons learned and best practices from each project and apply them to future projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
