About the position

The Agile Project Manager at i360technologies, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of an external customer application submission portal for processing loan applications. This role involves managing project activities, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver a robust and scalable system that integrates with multiple business applications. The position emphasizes strategic problem-solving, effective communication, and the ability to guide teams through the project lifecycle while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage transition-in activities to transfer expert knowledge, data, and artifacts from the incumbent contractor.
• Adhere to industry standard Agile Project Management and development framework.
• Create & maintain Project Management Plan, Master Integrated Project Schedule, Communication Plan, Production Implementation Plan, and Production cutover checklist.
• Prepare Go/No-Go presentation slide and conduct Sprint planning activities.
• Establish Sprint objectives and coordinate daily scrum sessions.
• Coordinate weekly sprint reviews & retrospective.
• Plan each Sprint cycle on a 2-week basis and identify acceptance criteria during Sprint planning with stakeholders.
• Define and implement quality planning and maintain a backlog list of business requirements.
• Deliver required status reports/briefings on the client's schedule and coordinate the development of a lessons learned document.

• Agile Project Management Experience
• Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder)
