About the position

The Agile Project Manager will join the PMO to support the Program Leader in the Global Agile Transformation initiative. This role focuses on enhancing enterprise responsiveness, flexibility to change, and efficiency in delivering quality solutions across the organization globally.

Responsibilities

• Support key deliverables for major initiatives across the organization globally.
• Promote greater enterprise responsiveness and flexibility to change.
• Enhance efficiency in the delivery of quality solutions.
• Facilitate and foster communication and coordination among teams for deliverables and planning sessions.
• Conduct daily stand-ups.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in an agile environment supporting and managing agile transformation.
• Experience facilitating communication and coordination among teams.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement and fixed scope delivery efforts.
• Project management experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required.
• Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSP, or SA, SAFe Certifications preferred.
• Enterprise level experience preferred.
• Experience with ADO.
