About the position

The Agile Project/Product Manager will lead project teams and manage all activities throughout the project life-cycle, ensuring successful delivery of high visibility projects that significantly impact the business. This role requires strong experience with PMI-based methodologies and Agile practices, particularly in the financial or banking sector. The manager will interact with senior leadership and stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives, clarify complex project requirements, and deliver presentations on project goals and progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage all activities in the project life-cycle including initiation, planning, executing/controlling, and closing.
• Oversee high visibility, long-term projects across multiple lines of business.
• Interact with senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives.
• Consult with business partners to clarify and define complex project requirements, budgets, and business cases.
• Create and deliver presentations on program or project goals and plans, including progress reports.
• Demonstrate ownership of the entire project management process from beginning to end.
• Develop and implement program and project level processes, procedures, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Strong experience with PMI-based large corporation methodology.
• Multi-year experience with Agile and product delivery.
• Proven success as a lead Project Manager with responsibility for delivery.
• Experience in the financial or banking sector.
