About the position

The Agile Project Manager will oversee Operational Risk Events (ORE) and Corrective Action Plans (CAP) within the Global Infrastructure and Global Merchant Network Service organizations. This role is essential for managing incidents, analyzing data trends, and ensuring compliance with risk management frameworks to enhance control mechanisms and mitigate customer impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead remediation efforts for cardmembers impacted by technology events, ensuring compliance with ORE and CAP frameworks.
  • Drive the resolution of incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely remediation and customer impact mitigation.
  • Analyze incident data and trends to identify risk patterns and optimize remediation processes, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Oversee milestone tracking and ensure timely delivery of corrective actions, remediation plans, and risk control enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including risk management, infrastructure, and technology teams, for seamless execution of OREs and CAPs.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end projects related to technology events, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Implement improvements in risk controls and technology infrastructure based on ORE and CAP findings.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Data Analytics to drive insights from incident data and performance trends.
  • Expertise in Incident Management with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through crisis resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of Mainframe, Microsoft OS, Microsoft Office Dynamics (OD), and Microsoft SharePoint (SP).
  • Hands-on experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and milestone tracking for large-scale risk or incident management projects.
  • Previous Tech AXP Experience is required.
  • Strong familiarity with the Operational Risk Event (ORE) and/or Corrective Action Plan (CAP) processes.
  • Experience managing remediation and risk mitigation efforts in a complex, global technology environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to drive incident resolution and remediation efforts.
