About the position

The Agile Project Manager will play a crucial role in leading agile projects within one of the nation's largest credit unions. This position requires a strong background in agile methodologies and project management, particularly within the financial services sector. The role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the office, and focuses on managing project budgets, forecasts, and resources while ensuring successful agile transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile project management initiatives within the credit union.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resources effectively.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Utilize Jira and Jira Product Discovery for project tracking and management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of solid agile experience.
• Experience in financial services is required.
• Expertise in Jira, including Jira Product Discovery.
• Project management experience, including managing budgets and resources.
