About the position

The Agile Project Manager will lead and manage Agile projects within the Financial Services sector, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices. This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, collaborating with product owners, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing project risks and issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Agile projects, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
