About the position

The Agile Project Manager will oversee and drive projects to successful completion, utilizing a strong understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset. This role requires excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex decision-making scenarios. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, ensuring that project outcomes align with firm objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of projects to ensure on-time delivery, within scope, and budget.
• Lead project teams to achieve objectives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define project schedules and scopes while delivering consistent value through Agile practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure effective project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Perform risk assessments and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Identify and resolve complex problems effectively while mitigating potential risks.
• Establish frameworks and controls to monitor project/program health.
• Develop detailed project plans, including tracking metrics, to evaluate performance.
• Make and communicate complex decisions and recommendations, considering risks and long-term impacts.
• Summarize complex information and concepts for clear communication with various audiences.
• Track project progress, measure performance using appropriate tools, and ensure budgetary objectives are met.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for upper management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field (MBA or graduate degree preferred).
• PMP Certification (required).
• Agile Certification (Scrum preferred).
• ProSci Change Management Certification (preferred).
• Proven success in project management with experience in Agile transformations.
• Strong track record of independently prioritizing and managing multiple tasks/projects.
• Working understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset.
• Excellent organization, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently identify, prioritize, monitor, and resolve project-related elements.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) for complex decision-making and stakeholder interaction.
