About the position

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope. As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing roadblocks, and ensuring alignment with project goals and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple agile projects from initiation to completion
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
• Monitor project progress, adjust priorities, and ensure timely delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks to project success
• Maintain the compliance of the project initiation process
• Maintain compliance to the PMO process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master
• Experience running and integrating multiple project types including IT projects, construction projects, grant deliverable projects, operational projects, and training delivery projects
• Certification in Agile or Scrum (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
• Familiarity with Monday.com
